How to Book
The Box Office is open: Monday to Friday 10.00am-4.00pm
An answer machine service is in operation during out of office hours, and when the Box Office is busy. Please do leave a message and we will phone you back.
The Box office is also open two hours prior to a performance. Telephone calls will be diverted to the answer phone service for the 45 minutes prior to a performance to allow Box Office staff to serve personal callers.

Call into the Box Office in the hours detailed above to purchase your tickets.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Reservations can also be taken over the phone, which will be held for 3 working days, after which the tickets will be released for resale at the discretion of the management.

Please provide the name of the performance you wish to book for, the number of tickets (including any concessions, plus your name, address and daytime telephone number). Enclose a cheque for the total amount, made payable to Memorial Hall and Theatre, with the cheque card number on the reverse side.
Add 75p to the total if you wish the tickets to be posted to you, or alternatively your tickets can be retained at the Box Office for collection.

Email us at boxoffice@barrymemo.co.uk, with your name, daytime telephone number and the name of the show you wish to book for. One of our Box Office staff will contact you to take your booking.

Booking Information
Venue Admission
Entry to the venue is at the discretion of staff and we reserve the right to refuse entry.
Concessions and Discounts
Reductions are available for over 60s, families, children, students, unwaged, people with disabilities and their companion. Group bookings over 10 are discounted by 10%.
Refunds and Exchanges
We regret that tickets can not be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless a performance is cancelled.
Access for All – Access for people with disabilities
Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking of any special requirements including reservation of wheelchair spaces. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the theatre. Assistance is available on request. Car parking spaces are available fro disabled patrons.
Latecomers
In order to minimise disturbance to other customers and performers, latecomers may be asked to wait until a convenient moment before being allowed into the auditorium. No refund will be given for customers who miss part of a performance due to lateness.
Mobile Phones
Please ensure that your mobile is switched off during a performance.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Cameras and recording devises must not be used during any performances.
Data Protection
When making a booking at the Memorial Hall and Theatre your personal information e.g. name, address, telephone number and email address will be stored on our Box Office computer system. You will be asked if this information may be used to keep you informed about forthcoming productions or developments at the Memorial Hall and Theatre. Please read our privacy policy for more information.
Important:
To avoid disappointment, please read the following information carefully before sending your reservation request.
- The e-mail reservations service is provided as an alternative method to contact the Box Office.
- Please note that the email reservation service only allows you to inform the Box Office that you would like to make a booking and to request that they contact you. The service does not allow you to pay for your tickets on-line, nor does it guarantee you a seat.
- Tickets will not be confirmed until the Box Office has telephoned you and payment has been received.
- Payments can be made via the telephone using a credit or debit card. The Memorial Hall and Theatre can accept no responsibility for any reservation requests which are not confirmed via the telephone for any reason.
- Regrettably we are unable to accept reservation requests sent via the website within 2 days of a live performance. Customers wishing to book within 2 days of an event should contact Box Office using the telephone on 01239 621200, or come in to book in person.
- You can inform the Memo’s Box Office that you would like to book tickets for a performance by completing the Email Reservation form below and submitting it to our Box Office. On receiving your email, our Box Office will phone you as soon as possible to confirm your booking with payment.
